Widest 16" trackday type tyres Ive seen are the Kuhmo 265/45x16.

I had a pair on my car, but in terms of road use, they will be illegal in no time due to tread design.

They'd look ridiculous on a 12" rim though.

But another question...why would you want such a wide tyre ( ie 10-12" ) for wet weather ?
