As said above, it's just a matter of unbolting the old one and putting on the new one.

HOWEVER (and this is a big however) my cousin recently did this and the bolts (Torx T50 if I remember correctly) were tight as fuck. He even broke my best torx socket.

Eventually he had to open them with hammer and chisel.

Might aswell try applying some heat. Or maybe you'll be lucky and they'll come out easily anyways...
