As I said mate, I have NOT at any point deleted the post.
I rewrote it after someone else deleted it, and when I rewrote it I did so with more knowledge than I had the first time so I removed the bit about no points being given in this specific thread for calling someone an idiot as I have since found out that they have been (which seems VERY inconsistant with other moderating as I have noticed on numerous times that NO red card has appeared against other far more insulting posts that I have seen members on here make)
Had my post not been deleted then instead of altering it I expect that I would have simply replied saying something like "just to correct myself there as I have found out more info since, apparently lambchop was infracted for calling someone an idiot" as im a stickler for things being accurate so take it very seriously if I ever find out I have made a mistake and always take actions to correct it when I am made aware of it as I would hate to mislead anyone!
i mention that other members have been deakt with same was consistancy seems to ne the word for this afternoon
Well if the one of the mods can manage to be consistant for one afternoon, then maybe that could be a blueprint for all mods on all afternoons in the future
That would certainly be a refreshing change from the bunch of seemingly clueless and random moderating we have had before
