My 1.8 made 120bhp and 126lb/ft on TOTD's very accurate rollers....it had....

An OBX 4-1 manifold and a Milltek cat-back, nothing else.

That's quite a big improvement on the standard figures for those mods.

My standard 2.0 made figures virtually identical to the factory figures on the same rolling road.
