The car has been out of the garage around 6wks now an I've done nowhere near 200 miles and the bottom end sounds shagged.

Car went off the road in May whilst I did both footwells..also put a quaffe diff on, never touched the motor and it 'seemed' fine when i parked it up

I don't understand, is there anything else i can look at that may sound like bottom end..oil pressure is same as before 60+ when cold, around 45-50psi when warmed up
