Ok realistically what is the bare bare minimum that it could cost me to get a car mot tax insured etc.... including getting the car??

... as a 19yr old girl with 2 yrs driving and if i have to declare it 2 accidents but as a named driver if they cant find me i dont want to declare them... naughty i know....

any ideas?? its really getting me down not having a car and my dad is refusing point blank to buy me anotehr one...
