emerald are very good usually - if you ring between 8-9am dave will 99% of the time be able to talk to you directly failing than from 4-5pm again dave will be about.... i have had a few issues with the ecu functions etc and if i request a call back from dave or Karl, 100% of the time i get a call back.... there customer service is one of the best around imo

leoni is also very helpful on email or phone if dave isnt around... give them a ring they will get a base map to you im sure
