Some pretty worthwhile advice there kermitt!

I paid very little for mine 5 months ago, but I intended to restore it anyway. Its not the most rotten ive seen but its not on the road yet either and has already set me back 3 times what I paid for it.

Sometimes its better to get the best on the market, unless your ready to get your hands VERY dirty.
