My st170 seems to be bang on idling wise (under 1000rpm) But the car is dragging badly through the gears and im getting through petrol like theirs no tomorrow and it stutters like it wants to go but there is still something holding it back.

Its still saying p1518 on my code reader after i have taken it apart and soldered a transistor chip back into it(other one had blown). So what im wondering is it must be the motor inside it has gone so can i get one from some were ????
