If you want to go faster but a YB in it, easiest way. It won't be very cheap though as you'll really want a 200 block engine as it has extra casting for the front diff to bolt to.

Easiest thing to do for a bit more go is fit the TT kit to your car the way its supposed to be - on the original engine. Messing about with 2.3s is going to be more hassle than its worth.
