Ok not a ford but for my work horse a pugeot 106gti . Gearbox started to make a scraping sound a few weeks back so decided to check the oil level. Removed the drain plug and waited for the oil to pour out.......... yes u guessed it no oil in the box! Got the recommended oil and filled it up, the noise is still there. With the damage being done now im wondering if any of you know if there is any additives i can stick just to get the car through the winter. Or at least till i can get hold of a gearbox.
