Default Quick Ebay Question

I sold my phone on ebay earlier, and the buyer had only just registered so 0 feedback and all, which i found suspicious at first.

Then i have just received this message from the buyer;

Dear mikeyrobbo93,

Hello,

I just sent the payment for the item. I also included an estimated £50 for the cost of shipping to South Africa for my Husband.

Please let me know when you get a notification from paypal that i have sent you a payment. Send the item via royal mail international sign for.

I have notified him about this gift,please ship out as soon as you got the confirmation of payment from paypal. I gave his address to paypal for verification and it has been confirmed so it should be in the payment notification.

His correct mailing address again is:

Olufemi K, Address: 695 Picasso Street,22 Sunflower,Moreleta Park,0181,South Africa,

Thanks and I hope to read from you as soon as possible cos I want this to get to him at the shortest period of time.Thanks for your understanding .

Errica,

Haven't received any payment yet, so obviously not going to ship, but all seems a little strange dont you think, extra £50 and all, plus the fact they say they have paid and they haven't.

I've seen alot of mobile phones on ebay and the sellers refuse to ship them to south africa, whats the story with that, i've heard you can get scammed but how does the scam work.
