can i get rid of my slam panel plate?
hi im restoring a mk4 cabby , new wings doors the lot, was wondering if any of you guys knew what this plate had on it before it went all rusty, ? pic below........

i know tony turbo got rid of his but i just wanted to know before i go ahead and remove it
