Turbo'ing a 2.0 Black Top Zetec this weekend and I've come across a major problem.

The Escort 1.8 water pump doesn't fit the Black Top!! Seemingly I have to either add an idler pulley or find another solution.

Has anyone done this who can advise or assist?
