I would personally go for an arrow crank as I know of too many people who have had harmonic problems with farndon cranks.

If you PM a user on here called "steveboyslim" thats a guy called Steve Milton who does a lot of work with Arrow particuarly with ford and vauxhall engines, and may well be able to get you a discount on your crank, thats who I bought my Vauxhall C20XE Arrow crank through and it was quite a few hundred pounds under retail money.


I would go for the arrow rods as well, again through steve if he is prepared to help you out like he did me.
