The easiest way to do this, is to set as std timing for now, just put on std pulleys/belt etc and time up as normal, but first loosen a turn of the cam pulley bolt.
Now remove rocker cover and remove the centre cap from each cam, place a bit of leather, old belt etc there to hold cam in position whilst you tighten down the caps again.
Now slacken belt remove std pulleys, put on verniers, this is am much quicker way than dial gauges etc and perfectly fine, then remove caps remove leather etc job done, saves you buying dti gauges etc as well.
You will need to slacken the verniers off so they can rotate as needed to allow the timing belt to tension correctly, don't forget to tighten everything up afterwards.
