my transit has been on several diagnostic machines, the only ever recorded problems have been injector related and alternetor overcharging
both have been replaced/ refurbished
there are no diagnostic faults listed
the battery is new and well charged
it will crank for ages, etc
it either starts immediately and dash is fine
or starts after a few seconds (up to 10) but the fuel light comes on and the rev countec tics and pauses before going up to idle speed
no one has any other idea to date
mite try another set of clocks but will have to get some and then the mileage will be wrong

if the factory alarm was screwed it would not start at all
hoping someone else knows something or had similar problem
