Any input greatfully received, thanks.

i had to take the bell housing off to give to martoon for the hydro clutch conversion, the only trouble i had was the wanky torx bolts were already rounded, so cut the heads off with a grinder and removed the threaded part, then just used normal hex bolts to fit back together.

as far as i am aware, its much easier to realign the clutch too as it litterally just slots in.

james, cant do away with the screamer lol although i may see about having it piped into the main system.

the only reason i didnt in the first place was that the bodyshop forgot to paint to the jacking eye cover on the n/s/f, so thought id hang the screamer pipe out of it instead, and it does look good!

to be fair to hayward and scott, the actual craftmanship of the system is VERY good, ie the welding etc and the turbo hanger is perfect.

but the issues i had were:

the downpipe didnt line up properly with the gearbox mount, so had to mod that to get it to fit

the screamer pipe fouls the n/s/f wheel, so cant get full lock to the left!

they scratched the n/s door most likely on the 2 post ramp

they scratched the bootlid

the system leaks from all joins

i asked for it to be quiet as it was destined to be a track car. and it clearly isnt. but the engine didnt run at the time. but i thought that after their however many years of building custom race car exhausts, they would get that bit right.
