Things must have changed since you did training then. I know the Pre ADSC is a new thing to make sure they aren't wasting their time sending you away to the development centre.
It comprises of an ice breaker, 300 metre jerry can carry (25kg's each), upper body heaves, command tasks and a 1.5 mile run. You have to do well on this or they wont even ask you back for an interview. It scored on A, B, C etc basis.
Then obviously, the other runs, push ups, sit ups etc will be needed to pass basic training. There are so many different jobs and training structures you'd need to talk to a recruiter really. Just thought I'd mention the new pre ADSC as not many people seem to know about it. Same as the English and Maths test that must be taken by EVERYONE with the BARB test when they apply now. Thats a new one also.
