I think you will find that a load of bull shit. A army PFA (personal fitness assessment). for most people it is 44 press ups in 2mins 50 sit ups in 2 mins with a 2 min rest in between. 800m warm up then 1.5 miles in under 10:30 mins. for over 30 your aloud more time and less sit ups and press ups. for paras its a 9:30 1.5 miles. not sure on the press ups and sit ups.

girls get more time and have to do less press ups but still have to do 50 sit ups.
