Depends what regiment mate and what the training is like. It ranges from 9:18 to 14 minutes. Regular infantry is around 13 minutes, Logistics nearer 14 etc, more specialist things like Parachute Regiment is 9:18 after a 3 mile 'warm up' run for instance, whereas rifles etc is 13 minutes with a 300 metre warm up.
