are all frst running the same loom - ecu etc? so if i can only sauce parts from breaker etc i can mix and match? donor cars an obvious choice but buying one defeats the object of building one

what parts do i need? ive got a deisel box already , presume i need loom - ecu - clocks? - mafs but what else? they dont use lambda sensor do they?
