The spawn issue is wider than just the Nuketown map, you just need to go onto the CallOfDuty.com forum to see how big a problem it is. Its not bad on TDM but play something like Headquarters and its a fucking joke. I've actually spawned right next to someone from the other team at the same time as they were or my favourite at the moment is respawning and turning a corner to find the whole opposing team there
