Right I am sorry to have to name and shame but it's better out in the open tbh.
RS GRANT plans to deprive chaity of £150 and potentially more.
He is currently partaking in "Movember" which is a cracking initiative to raise money for cancer charities throughout November by growing a Moustache and being sponsored for doing so.
He posted his pic being 2 weeks into the challenge on Facebook where he states:

I quite rightly pointed out that to complete the Hogan look he'd need to shave his head on top to have the "monk" look. I mean razor shave. I have offered him £50 to do this properly. Since then 2 other people he has on facebook(I'd say mates but I think he has none
) have also offered £50.
So, basically at the moment he is "stealing" £150 from charity by refusing. I think it's bang out of order.
Anyone else agree? Or wish to sponsor him?
