Thats right, they were supposed to coming on monday to fit a new boiler and remove the old emersion tank etc etc....

so i get a phonecall at 6PM tonight saying that the guy that was going to be doing it is off ill, for the next THREE WEEKS! and the earliest they can now do it is the 24th nov!

i said you what! so left it till 6pm to tell me this! i have arranged with work to be home all next week as i have been working away a lot recently, and that was a ball ache, so i told the bint that i had taken the week off as holiday just because of this. she said she would speak to the instalation manager to see if they can make some other arrangements...

but its a bit short notice for him.... i says you fucking what, no shit its short notice, calling at 6pm on a friday to tell me this!

still, the boiler and all the shit they ordered got delivered today, and we have only paid a £300 deposit, so does anyone (ie a heating engineer) fancy earing a few quid next week in the evenings and giving me a hand fitting it all?
