The problem is that they all seem to throw out the same fault codes, so are hard to pinpoint. At least the FPR is cheap, and the IMV is testable!
good point.we sometimes find on the earlier mk3 mondeos that if u take a sample of fuel from filter it may show flakes of metal in it showing lift pump is breaking up
