Water, not essential to run on these, though I would, many don't, you can tap into a water pump to heater matrix feed, for the in to the T3, then the out simply tap into another return line, or expansion tank etc.
ECU, up to you, but if mapped correctly on rolling road etc you don't need a lambda, or run closed loop.
Injectors, not sure with your choice of ecu.
If he wants £50 for a standard ford 2wd or 4wd intercooler he's dreaming, look on ebay much cheaper.
I would suggest you decide what power you want, then add stuff as needed, reducing cr if necessary, I think it was jasse sapphy on pf who did the same conversion as you so would be worth pm'ing him.

Ok, thank you for all. I will then take the oil from the oil pressure switch.

About the ECU mapping, here, rolling roads are too expensive, so I prefer using a WB lambda, and I will get more fun in this way

Now I will not reduce the CR...maybe in a future. So I can't flow to much...only about 6-7 psi and get about 160-170bhp I think.

mmm...I've changed the camshafts for a pair with more valve open time....I think this reduce the "effective CR" a bit..am I right?

What about exhaust manifold?, I saw this that seems very easy to do in home:

all other exhaust manifolds I saw had a lot of curves...could this one work well?
