If you eat 600 calories a day, you'll lose weight wether you do any cardio or not! But not a good way to do so.
You'll burn far more than that just keeping your body up to temperature and moving about etc.
Unfortunately Chip that's not the case! I've never been a big eater, but as I've said before im unfortunate to fall into the genetic trap
Im really hoping to prove the doctors wrong!
I have managed to increase my calorie intake, and getting to grips with what foods = what calories etc ... im going to do this
I've lost 4 pounds so far
