Although you can no longer buy a dreamscience handset new they do come up on ebay fairly often or you can have the maps uploaded at a dreamscience authorised dealer.

I have dreamscience on my st170 currently running the race 97 CAIS map and have been pleased with the results.

Although it hasn't been on the rollers I have done track days at the same track before and after mapping it and it has a fair bit more grunt. Unlike a lot of other mods you can actually feel the difference and it also eliminates the flatspots in the power curve making the acceleration harder.

The other advantage of it is if you do manage to get a dreamscience handset they can be used on 5 cars meaning they are resaleable whereas bluefin is limited to 1 car.
