Plus the company That was Sending my Uprated Bolts and Bearings etc Never Sent them out On time!

The Pipes from where You Put the petrol in on the side of the car.. To the tank
Had a Broken Pipe.. and the unit on the sidee Was In Not the Best Condition! Soo ordered a new pipe and a new Unit!
Cleaned it all up and Put them on



Tank Had Been Sat in the garagee and To Be Honest.. I was gettin Annoyed at Lookin At it ... Soo On that went too!



Had Few Glitches Along the wayy this week!
The Wires to the Fuel Sender unit! well Looked Like Sumone In the past Had tried to Repair them for sum reason!!! So I repared the Whole loom Instead! No point havin a bodge Sumwhere!!

Had to Drill the Spot Welds out the Front Seat Crossmember and remove it! As the Bolt Holes in the one side.. Are threaded! So need to ReTap that!!

The Engine Went Back togetha today!
















So Glad its All Back Togetha now

Had A Righttt moment Earliaa!
Bolted it all back togetha .. And then Was Like Ahhhh The Conrods Move Slightlyy Horizontally!!!
No Joke Havent Panic'd In my life as much as i did then!
Propaa Annoyed me.. racked my brains for about an hour!
Was Like Whyyy whhyy whyy!

Then Did Some Research
Horizontall Slight Movement Is Normal! As the Conrod wont actually Move Whilst Going Up and Down... The Slight Movement is too Counteract any Play in the bores\!
So Afta that Panic! Was Okayy.. *sighOfRelief* reallly!
Never Really Noticed it on any of my other engines iv built! Just funnnilyy noticed it on this one!

Just Made me think Cuz Everythink is Brand New! Just come across as Strangeeee! lol



Owell... Tbh God Knows what to do next..! Suppose better Bolt the head etc To the Block!

My custom Exhaust Manifold Needs blooody Adapted Yet still! Even tho its been Made for the Zetec Head! They Welded the Flange like Back to front onit! *Burks*! So weld a new one one.. the correct wayy and ill be sorted!
