Well..I started at the gym on Sunday, and have been going everyday, well last night i had the best workout so far and was really pleased with myself, until....
I woke up this morning, and am in agony with my right calf! I can barely walk
It's so painful, and im gutted I can't get down the gym tonight to do cardio, what else can I do that wont require leg work as its far too painful
I don't want to miss a session either so thats not an option
