imo street legal should mean no chassis modifications, complete original engine / drivetrain obviously can be modified internally, suspension and linkages all mounted in factory positions, and proper road tyres.

it seems to me there is a very thick line between legal and not, but a street legal car should be just that literally drive of the strip and straight on the street and be safe to do so and still handle a corner and a spot of rain.

and everything else drag spec imo.
