I would of found the car, confirmed the wheels were mine and called the Police. At least they would be done for handling stolen goods, house searched for more stolen goods, etc instead of all this hassle and damage for financial reward!

The kid knows where you live and don't care about being on your driveway for 10mins taking your wheels. Just think while your at work what could he do? Not worth the hassle
