I think it's a common fault and the fluid needs replenishing and thats not something that is DIY unless you know what your doing either as the fluids toxic.
Will it pass MOT if you removed the DPF though due to higher emissions?

I have already had the fluid changed at ford and then they reset it on the computer,but the problem come back after a month!!!I wish I'd done my homework on the car abit better.
