thinking about buying a s1 rst, its been rebuilt with a 1900 arp bottom end, been converted to run efi, it needs a little help to idle from cold, need to keep foot slittly on accelerator but when the car is warm it runs as it should and idles no problem any ideas on what this could be and how to fix it and most important how much it gona cost me lol, any help would be good cheers
