my first mtx75 conversion cost less than £100, gearbox was £30 with the shafts, did all the mods and fab work myself. bought a few things like new cv boots and gear oil etc. My second mtx conversion cost the same plus 450 for a new atb diff (frs boxes where hard to find at the time)
