Everyones overlooked the fact that your live feed to the fuse box is circled in yellow. DO NOT CUT THIS OUT! Otherwise you will have no power to the fuse box, and nothing will work. Also make sure you are keeping all relevant earths, as again, nothing will work.

What management are you using Matt? You shouldn't need the pink fuel pump relay as the aftermarket stuff SHOULD have its own relay, like the Cossie stuff does.

I also got rid of the GREEN relay under the dash, as this is for the ABS which I am not using, so all relevant wiring with this was also removed.

You need to keep the blue relay as this is lighting.
