IMO If you cant afford management then stick with an EFI CVH and just get a Stage 3 T3 (.48/55), a good FMIC, off the shelf chip, AP Clutch, and be happy with around 250bhp.
The headwork and Cam needed to make a ZVH have a nice usable power band will set you back around £1000, and then you'll be breaking box's all the time mate, IMO.
