i uplugged the iscv and nothing changed

ive just removed it how do u clean these things

the spring in mine moves fine up and down if i push it with a toothpick motion is smooth ting

will try a mates iscv 2morrow see if it makes any difference. i rebuilt my inlet when i reshelled car renewed all gaskets i have checked there all still tight and all the sensors and bits sticking out of the inlet are also
