Standard turbo will give you 300bhp with the right supporting mods,

engine internals have remained standard on cars with up to 400bhp, but i think about 360-380 is the limit for having their head kicked in on track etc,

hybrid turbo's are available and give a very healthy power upgrade, and can give you 400,

depends on your budget how far you want to take it really,
