You HAVE to keep them well lubed.. otherwise the plastic wears the plastic then they stick or jam.
I replaced the first set that did this and keep lubed up. Not had an issue since.
anoying as thats what i told a mate of mine who had the same problem, im gonna see if there is a way to take them apart and sort of bush them in some way
btw this car never has its bonnet opened apart from when i changed the gearbox which is when i fitted them back in may,,,, then when i have had to charge the battery
ive spoken to the importers who ill give them there due they are VERY helpfull, sugested a few things to try first which i dont think is issue BUT its given me a idea to fix them
they said give a try and get back to me if it dont work when they could have just said " go back to where you bought them from" which,,,,,, i cant remember pmsl
So i wont give in on them just yet,,,,, well i aint got a choice anyway pmsl
