I suppose its classic italian footbal, build up a lead and then sit back. Honestly didnt imagine tottenham even getting a shot in after the first half hour. Well done Bale though, what a good effort by him, even though he was barely upright trying to catch his breath, still went flat out as soon as he had the ball.

I think its gonna be sad for tottenham though, the only thing I can see them remembering from this champions league is losing Bale to a wealthy european team if he keeps showcasing his talent like that.
