St 170 brakes also work mate but if o havin these issues as well would speak to a tuner tell the the sort of power you want with the sort of budget or willing to spend but sounds like your in need of a set up at least for the time bieng and you ma find it will bea lot better or put the larger intercooler,change the oil and filter,spark plugs your ht leads havent corroded as its common then if your confident with timing and carrying out a cambelt job then do so if not take it to the tuners and et your cambelt done and a set up there for you know its fuellng ok and what power your producing and its more reliable
