before any chip i would fit a decent intercooler as the standard one is crap and if your taking it to shows , most shows tend to be in the summer so one is needed...

chip/intercooler and -31 should see 180bhp with the right tuner but to be honest leave it with the standard cam as they drive nice at that spec and later to hit 200bhp if you fancy just add a stage 2 t3 turbo.

job done.... but remember at 180bhp t a genuine ford clutch is ok but when you get close to 200bhp an uprated one is needed and starts to take away the nice drive of the car.
