sounds like a pulley to me
i had it on a fiesta
get a can of wd40 and put on the red straw and squirt it at anything that spins with the belt, when it shuts up you found your problem


i used to get a good 30 mins quiet from a good wd'ing, time enough to sell it (i did tell the guy tho)
