I'm planning on having my 4x4 Saphire Cossie engine rebuilt, what parts do you guys think should be used to get about 350 - 380bhp out of it? I've got a standard turbo on the car so might get a T4 or at least a Hybrid, I've got about 6 -7k to spend on it...

The reason I ask is I'm going to be taking my car to Cheshire Prestige & Performance over the weekend for them to have a look and give me a quote so I would like to make some surgestions as what to go for...
