by the two bolts on the subframe do you mean the two in the centre that you can see looking under the car that hold the rear lower spring arms in??

if so these are the adjuster bolts for the rear toe which many modern cars have a similar system and is just as common to need adjusting as the front tracking so perfectly normal.
