I used to have EBC discs and pads and they warped instantly.

I normally use 3G discs now with EBC Greenstuff for normal driving, the discs don't warp and you don't get too much brake dust.

EBC discs are really poor quality. You should be okay with that combination but EBC are not the best pads.
