has anyone else had this happen?

my car has been back 5 times under warranty and now requires it's 3rd clutch since april this year. the last time i took it back the garage told me the clutch would be done under warranty but when i went back to collect it they said they hadn't touched it and tried blaming the gearbox.

well i wasn't having any of that and buy the end of that day the manager had quit the company and told me to seek legal advise. on the monday i was waiting at their door for the new manager to arrive and the poor bloke shit a brick as he was the only member of staff there and thought i was gonna thump him one.
now going to court over it but need as much technical info as i muster for evidence against them....so any more info on this type of work done would be very helpful.
