He'll be charged with driving without a liscense and no insurance and she will quite probably be done for allowing him to drive knowing he had no liscence or insurance. His insurance once he does obtain a liscence will be silly money as well.

Hope the judge throws the book at the pair of them. No sympathy whatsoever. If nothing happens then he was bullshitting about being stopped in the first place.
